Refund policy
Please inspect your item(s) at arrival, if you have any concerns with the item(s) you received contact us immediately at support@comfortbeautyco.com, we are happy to help. Please note, that any return, exchange or refund process must be initiated within 10 days of delivery. After this 10-day period, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a return, exchange or refund. DO NOT RETURN ANY ITEM(S) BEFORE CONTACTING US FIRST, as the return address may differ to that of the manufacturer.
APPLICABLE RETURNS + REFUNDS
Due to the personal nature of these products, and to guarantee that they have not been used or tampered with we will only accept returns, exchanges or refunds in the following cases:
1. Lost Item- For item(s) lost in transit (not delivered according to tracking) we will arrange to refund your money.
2. Damaged Item- For damaged item(s), contact us with a photograph of the damaged product so we can send a replacement item or refund your money, whichever you prefer. We might ask you to return the item for quality control.
3. Incorrect Item- For incorrect item(s), contact us with a photograph of the incorrect product so we can start an exchange or refund process, whichever you prefer. In this instance, we will require you to return the incorrect item. Please note that returns must be unused and in original packaging.
In the case of a refund, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If you’ve been notified about the approval of your refund but haven’t received it yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@comfortbeautyco.com.
To start any return, exchange or refund process please provide your order number, and allow1-2 business days to receive a response from support@comfortbeautyco.com, as we are still a small team.
